Securities Sales Intermediary (SSI) license

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have been issued a Securities Sales Intermediary (SSI) license by the Kanto Local Finance Bureau, which will enable us to conduct Type-1 Financial Instruments Business through affiliated brokers. The SSI license specifically allows us to market blocks of liquid stock to institutional investors, which will be a major new service to add to our fast-growing corporate advisory business.
