Our Financial Advisory service has two primary businesses: fund placement and corporate financial advisory services.

Japanese investors often lack access to the best-performing foreign funds, particularly in the private assets/alternative investments space. In the fund placement business, we focus on supporting alternative private asset managers globally, helping them raise funds in the Japanese market. Given the structural shifts towards more alternative asset classes and our extensive connections with Japanese investors, we aim to build long-term relationships with our offshore asset management clients. We can help with connections and the due diligence process.

In the broader financial advisory service, we offer numerous solutions to publicly listed companies that enhance their corporate value. We help such companies unwind cross-shareholdings, liquidate idle or unprofitable businesses, and find strategic partners both onshore and offshore.
