Our Financial Advisory service has two main businesses, fund placement and financial advisory for corporates.

In the fund placement business, we focus on supporting alternative private asset managers globally, helping them raise funds in the Japanese market. Given the structural shifts towards more alternative asset classes and our extensive connections into Japanese investors, we aim to build long-term relationships with our offshore asset management clients.

In the broader financial advisory business, we also provide a large number of publicly listed companies with solutions to help enhance their corporate value. We help such companies unwind cross-shareholdings, liquidate idle or unprofitable businesses, and find strategic partners both onshore and offshore.
